MISSION STATEMENT
At Aurora Adult Primary Care, our mission is to deliver accessible, compassionate, high-quality primary care through both in-office and home-based services. We strive to remove barriers to healthcare by offering timely visits, personalized care plans, and flexible access to care. By focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care, we empower adults and seniors to live healthier, safer, and more independent lives—while restoring dignity, trust, and meaningful connection to the patient–provider relationship.
Core Values
Compassion
We care for every patient as if they were our own family — with kindness, patience, and respect.
Accessibility & Flexibility
We believe care should adapt to the patient—not the other way around. We provide flexible access through in-office visits, direct primary care memberships, and home-based services.
Clinical Excellence
Our practice is committed to evidence-based medicine, thorough assessments, and thoughtful, individualized treatment plans.
Integrity & Transparency
We practice with honesty, clarity, and fairness—offering transparent pricing, ethical decision-making, and patient-first recommendations.
Dignity & Respect
Each patient deserves to be heard, valued, and treated with compassion. We prioritize the comfort, privacy, and autonomy of every person we serve.
Continuity of Care
We emphasize consistency and coordination across settings—clinic, home, and telehealth—to ensure seamless care and smooth transitions.
Holistic Approach
We recognize that health extends beyond physical symptoms — addressing wellness, prevention, mental health, lifestyle, and patient education.

MEET OUR TEAM
Irina Danilova, MSN, APRN
Founder & Primary Care Provider

Irina is a board-certified adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner with a deep clinical focus on healthy aging, disease prevention, and personalized primary care for adults navigating midlife and beyond. She works with patients who want more than rushed visits and reactive medicine — individuals who seek to understand why their health is changing and how to maintain strength, sharpness, and independence as they age.

Irina has a strong understanding of the biological and hormonal changes that occur during midlife, including metabolic shifts, cardiovascular risk, cognitive changes, and menopause-related transitions. She is a member of The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS). She stays current with evidence-based guidance for menopause and perimenopause management, helping women navigate this stage with clarity rather than confusion.
With years of experience in adult and geriatric care, Irina takes time to listen, educate, and partner with her patients. She believes aging is not something to fear or ignore — it is a process that can be managed thoughtfully with the right medical guidance, lifestyle strategies, and preventive care.

At Aurora Adult Primary Care, Irina offers longer, unhurried visits and a relationship-based model of care. Patients are treated as individuals — not diagnoses, not numbers, and not insurance claims.
Her mission is simple: to help adults feel informed, supported, and confident in their health decisions — today and as they age.
